1. Eligibility for Returns
All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Only unopened, unused, and resalable products in their original packaging will be accepted.
Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce, dairy, meat, frozen foods) are non-returnable unless there is a verified quality issue reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Custom, special-order, or closeout items are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. Return Process

All returns must be approved in writing before being sent back.
3. Restocking Fee
